Stage 1 – the brief

Stage 2 – the negotiation

From incentive inclusions and up-front clarity on common clause disputes, to rent review provisions, break options, warranties and assessment of liability, we’ll optimise the outcome for you – both immediately, and over time.

Stage 3 – the legal process
We’ll liaise with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth, hassle-free legal process through to completion; instructing solicitors, measuring and ensuring RICS code compliance, and advising on any issues raised.
