Andrew Co-founded Ross Jaye in 1982 and has been at the forefront of Metrus’ continuous development in its various guises over the past 25 years. He currently concentrates his attentions for Metrus upon acquisitions and disposals, whilst also maintaining for many clients a wider portfolio asset management brief to develop and enhance asset values and strategy. Andrew has an extensive knowledge and experience of the commercial property market.

Since joining the firm in September 1995 having qualified from Westminster University with a BSc Honours Degree in Estate Management, Colin's principle role has been to develop the office agency team, which focuses on disposals and acquisitions within the Central London office markets. He advises a wide and varied client base, ranging from private individuals to large institutional organisations acting on behalf of both landlord and tenant clients. Colin became an equity partner in January 2006.

Robin joined Metrus in March 2009 after spending the past 8 years working for a global corporate consultancy of Chartered Surveyors. He gained a Bachelor of Science degree in building surveying in 1999 and moved across into commercial agency in 2002. Robin is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and specialises in all aspects of commercial agency, with a wide range of clients from Institutional Landlords through to smaller niche property companies. Robin also provides advice to various tenant clients for both acquisitions and disposals of property.

Martin has 25 years retail experience and was previously an Equity Partner of King Sturge. He has dealt with all aspects of leasing and development in high streets and shopping centres across the UK and has worked on major leasing, development and consultancy projects for many of the UK's leading property owners and retailers. He has extensive high level contacts within retailers and understands what makes locations profitable for them.

Gregory joined the agency team at Metrus in 2011 after completing a business degree at Leeds University. Gregory is a Graduate Surveyor and assists in all aspects of disposal and acquisition work covering both occupational and investment disciplines. He is completing his Masters Degree in Real Estate Investment and will then complete his Associated Professional Qualifications.

Joshua joined the agency team at Metrus in 2012 after working for BNP Paribas. Joshua is a Graduate Surveyor and assists in all aspects of disposal and acquisition work covering both occupational and investment disciplines. He graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Economics & Politics and is currently half-way through his Masters Degree in Real Estate Investment. He will then complete his Associated Professional Qualifications.
