In 2016, Metrus created the Asia and Middle Eastern Team, led by Peter Ng, to assist with the increase in Far Eastern clients investing in London property. His team helps clients navigate the London market and coordinates their asset and property requirements. This has led to over 20% of our total Property Management Business being delivered to Far Eastern clients.
