Founded in 1982 by Andrew Jaye, Metrus has thrived and grown sustainably over the last 40 years, bringing together a team of more than 60 professionally trained experts who manage over £5 billion in assets across the UK, with an annual rent roll of £300 million from 2,750 tenancies.

Metrus’ property expertise ranges across a plethora of portfolios for various funds and investors across all real estate assets types, including managing many of London’s most iconic buildings.
Giles Loveday MRICS, Director, who advises the owners of the Burlington Arcade, shares, “We have managed the oldest shopping centre in the world for over 20 years under different ownerships, overseeing the transformation of over 50 tenancies into high end retailing.”

In 2016, Metrus created the Asia and Middle Eastern Team, led by Peter Ng, to assist with the increase in Far Eastern clients investing in London property. His team helps clients navigate the London market and coordinates their asset and property requirements. This has led to over 20% of our total Property Management Business being delivered to Far Eastern clients.
