Metrus is now proudly managing the historically rich Oceanic house. Designed by Henry Tanner in 1907, Oceanic house, 1 Cockspur Street, was the originally established to act as the London headquarters for the White Star Line, the company behind the ill-fated Titanic. From luxury liners to luxury living, Oceanic house has been elegantly remodelled interiorly into several breath-taking apartments, whilst retaining the Grade II exterior.
