– Continuing as managing agent for 60 Sloane Avenue, London SW3  during its transformation.  (120,000 sq. ft)

– Renewing One Strand, London WC2 management mandate (200,000 sq.ft)

– Appointed to manage Bentima House and Classic House EC1 (100,000 sq.ft )
