Richard has over 28 years’ experience in the London investment market advising on over £2.5bn of transactions, including the purchase of a prime Mayfair asset for £150m, a multi let office in midtown for £22m;  the sale of 431-451 Oxford Street and a mixed-use estate in North London for £34m.  He advises on sales and acquisitions across all sectors, working closely with a broad range of clients including institutional investors, private domestic and overseas investors, property companies and receivers.  He arranges off-market transactions maintaining client’s confidentiality as well as thinking creatively about how an asset can be enhanced or marketed.

Giles has over 30 years’ experience in property management, principally in private practice. He advises both corporate clients and high net worth individuals on how to maximise the potential of their assets.

With over 20 years of property experience in the UK and overseas, and Mandarin-speaking, Henry has worked across both agency and client-side roles. His expertise spans shopping centres, residential, offices, train stations and bus depots, with previous roles at DTZ, JLL and Workman.
